Hello, I'm Sophie! I started the Future Doctor Network to give high school and college students more insight into the field of medicine. Our goal is to connect future doctors all over the world by producing easily accessible healthcare information. Enna Paul (Outreach Director)

Hello everyone! My name is Enna Paul and I’m from the United Republic of Tanzania. I am 20 years old and a medical student at KU (also located in Tanzania). I am an ambivert on my best days but an introvert every day. I like to read (mostly thrillers and horrors); non-fiction is a genre I am still trying to capture. I also like taking walks and watching the sunsets. I joined FDN a little earlier in the beginning of the year and my experience has been the best. It’s so heartwarming to see more and more people interested in the medical field and different medical professionals discussing the truths and flaws of the medical field including all the controversial courses and how to adapt.

Hey! I’m Aditi, one of the graphic designers here at FDN! In my free time I enjoy listening to kpop, reading, and playing the piano. I aspire to attend med school and become a neurologist in the near future. I joined the Future Doctor Network earlier this year in hopes of getting the chance to educate others about the medical field and inspire them to be as passionate as I am about the healthcare industry.

Hello! My name is Ayesha Louis Abary and I am one of the writers here at FDN. I was born and raised in The Philippines, but moved to The United States my freshman year. I think it is a great opportunity, and I enjoy researching and writing, so being a part of it was perfect. I am interested in anatomy, learning about diseases, and medicine. Hi! My name is Priya and I'm from Georgia, United States. I'm currently a rising junior in high school. In the future I hope to go to medical school and pursue a career in either forensic pathology or anesthesiology. In my free time, I love watching true crime documentaries, watching horror movies, traveling, and doing ceramics. Karena Peterson (Writer)

Hello! My name is Karena Peterson. Recently this year, my freshmen year of high school, I took a risk and threw myself into a topic I had never deeply touched on before- science- more specifically, medicine. I quickly realized however, that this was something I was very passionate about. I can’t say I had a specific career in mind since I was a kid, or really even for this whole year. I bounced around a lot, from an EMT to a Home Health Aide, to eventually what I am currently aiming for, a surgeon. As you can tell, I have a lot of interests. Not just in science either, my hobbies are extensive, and probably too long to list here. While this may sound like a typically science-lover move, I quickly realized in a lot of my classes that I had science questions never quite fully answered. So I started answering them on my own, and joined Future Doctor Network to share what I found with others.

Ryan Argetsinger (Writer)

I'm currently a Senior at the University of South Carolina, studying Exercise Science, and preparing to apply to medical school. I'm currently working at a pediatric clinic as a medical assistant, while working in my university's Sports Science Laboratory. My goal is to become an MD/PhD, studying topics like physiology, immunology, and behavioral neuroscience. I'm interested in almost all topics of medicine, sports science and health, and pretty much anything nerdy.

Hi! My name is Rose Nguyen and I'm one of the graphic designers here at FDN. Vietnam is my home and I'm going to be a high school sophomore while living in California. I joined FDN as a graphic designer because it is one of my best skills and I also have an interest in pursuing a career in the medical field, although right now I don't know which path. Hello! My name is Bayley, and I am currently a Junior in High School. I grew up in Orange County, California, but I recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee. I wanted to join FDN because over the past couple of years, I have unfortunately had many experiences with medical professionals, and while some were amazing, others were not quite as positive. I hope to help us get to a point in medicine were we can have patients not go through the hardships that come with a negative experience with a medical professional, and being apart of FDN is one way I want to work towards achieving it. Hi everyone! My name is Kimi and I moved to California when I was 16. I was born in Vietnam but both my parents are Chinese. Therefore, I can speak fluent 4 languages: English, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I love photography and watching K-dramas and C-dramas. Hello! My name is Hetvi Patel, and I'm currently a sophomore in high school. I joined Future Doctor Network because I've always been passionate about medicine—I've been hooked on the idea of going into this field for as long as I can remember. I joined the interview team to learn more about what this vast field has to offer and share this knowledge with other students who have the same interests and passion. When I'm not focused on this, you'll probably find me binge-watching romcoms (my favorite!) or a crime thriller/horror—though I never watch those alone! I'm the President of my school's Debate Club, where I lead discussions on important global issues and human rights. I'm really dedicated to community service, working with the Red Cross and Interact Tunis Golfe. I also started a project called Medicare Network to help bring healthcare to communities that need it most.

I've had the chance to intern at international hospitals, which gave me hands-on experience, and I’m involved in medical education with Medenthusiasts and the Young Surgeons Association. My interest in cardiology keeps growing, and I'm learning even more through the Future Doctors Network.
